Simple Lotion Bar

$8.00

~4oz lotion bar made with shea butter, cocoa butter, avocado oil, beeswax, and arrowroot powder. Each scent contains a few other special oils to add scents or textural properties and a bean of some sort that helps keep one side from gunking up a table.

These lotion bars are designed to stay solid at room temperatures (and a bit warmer, since we all know what sunlight in a car window can do), but melt with a bit of light friction on the skin. This makes them excellent for massages, and are particularly good for dry skin and hands that get washed a lot.

Lavender: Lavender essential oil and jojoba oil. Coffee beans keep one side off the table and add a layer of scent.

Tea Tree and Coconut Lime: Tea tree essential oil, sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, and a touch of fragrance oil. Black beans form the protective layer, and I add a small amount of light green mica for fun.

Unscented: Jojoba oil and sweet almond oil, with black beans. Do note that I use unrefined cocoa butter, which means these are not completely scent-less, but do have a pleasant chocolate scent.
